Historically, it has become popular because it is believed that thanks to its intense freshness, this fragrance has expectorant aromatic properties, which is why it is very useful during cold periods.

Similarly, it is believed to help reduce snoring and sleeping difficulties in smokers. To do this, you can spray it in your room when you go to sleep, or directly on your pillow (it is recommended to place it about 30cm away from the fabric) to take advantage of its properties and reduce snoring and discomfort.
