General Conditions of Purchase
The Website offers an online shopping service, which is a 24-hour service that is simple, direct and offers all the advantages of having a wide catalogue of updated products available from anywhere via an Internet connection.
- Generalities
All prices are in Euros and, in accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price. The User will be able to see a breakdown of the product price and VAT in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT pursuant to the provisions of Article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of them.
The Owner reserves the right to reject an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or with whom there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.
- User Obligations
Any User who makes a purchase through this Website declares that he/she is of legal age and, where applicable, has full capacity to use payment methods and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products. The User also declares that he/she fully and unreservedly accepts all the conditions of this Legal Notice.
- Shipping conditions
All orders placed within mainland Spain will have a delivery time of 24-48 business hours.
Orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the chosen area.
Orders placed in Europe will have a delivery time of approximately 10 business days.
There is no minimum order required.
Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and holidays.
Shipping costs and courier company will depend on the shipping area:
- Peninsular Spain and Portugal: SEUR SA / TOURLINE
- Up to 30 Euros: 4.90 VAT included
- Purchases over 30 Euros will be free
- Balearic Islands: SEUR SA
- Up to 30 Euros 9.90 VAT included
- Over 30 Euros purchase 4.90 Euros
- Purchases over 100 Euros will be free
- Canary Islands and Melilla: Deutsche Post AG (DHL)
- Purchases up to 100 Euros 35.90 Euros VAT included

Additional shipping costs resulting from the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.
- Payment Methods and Security
In compliance with Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, the User who makes an online payment transaction must do so using reinforced authentication. Depending on the chosen payment method and the economic value, with the exceptions provided for in the Directive, the User must provide a second identification factor before placing an order, such as a PIN code that the User will receive on his or her mobile phone and must enter to validate his or her purchase.
According to the PSD2 directive, strong authentication exists when at least two of the following elements are used for authentication:
- Knowledge (something that only the User knows, for example, password, PIN code, login details, etc.)
- Possession (something that only the User has, for example, a mobile phone where an SMS arrives to verify the operation, email address, etc.)
- Inherence (something that the User is, for example, the possibility of biometric verification, whether by fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.)
These elements are independent of each other. In other words, the breach of one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and the confidentiality of identification data is always protected.
For the convenience of the User, we provide different ways to make the payment:
1) Credit card.
- This payment method is immediate, completely secure and verified by the bank's secure servers in the payment gateway. Under no circumstances will credit card details be revealed.
- Accepted cards are: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro and Master Card
- Only secure credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. Secure cards are associated with security codes and, upon completion of the payment, the payment is transferred to the bank's payment gateway, where these codes must be entered. If you do not have a secure card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and codes.
2) PayPal
- Secure payment solution that allows buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. By selecting this method when finalizing the order, the User will be taken directly to the PayPal Website. No bank details are required, only a PayPal account is required and payments can be made by entering only their email and password. They can also create the account at the time or make the payment directly by entering their credit card details. The data entered on the PayPal Website is not communicated.

3) Google Pay
- Google Pay is a platform developed by Google for use in mobile payment systems, offering users the ability to make payments with Android devices, tablets or smartwatches.
- To make purchases, the phone must support NFC (near field communication) and HCE (host card emulation). Users can add payment cards by taking a photo of the card or entering the card information manually.
- Google Pay uses strong security measures that continuously and automatically protect your account and personal information from any threats.
4) Shop Pay
- Shop Pay is an expedited checkout process that allows Users to save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information so they can complete their transaction more quickly the next time they are directed to Shopify checkout.
- The User's shipping and billing information is stored securely on Shopify's PCI-compliant servers and is only shared with the Owner if an order is placed.
For any queries regarding payment methods, we would appreciate the user contacting the Customer Service department.
- Warranties
The warranty for the products will be that of the manufacturers, according to the current legislation for each product, indicated in the particular cases in the product description. If the User has any questions about warranties or needs to make a claim regarding any product purchased on this Website, they may contact the Owner for processing.
- Right to withdrawal
In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the User is informed of his right to withdrawal.
6.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Owner (distance selling), the User will enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided for in article 103.
6.2 Information to the consumer and user about the right of withdrawal.
- a) The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
- b) The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
- c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example: a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form template below, although its use is not mandatory.
- d) To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal deadline expires.
- e) In the event of withdrawal by the User, the Owner will proceed to refund all payments received without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. Shipping costs will not be included if there is another cheaper option offered, such as the case of personally collecting the order by the User, the latter freely decides to choose the more expensive option, such as shipping.
- f) Said refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User.

- Returns
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the User. The User will have a period of 14 calendar days to make any return.
You may return or exchange a product, provided that it has not been used and is in its original packaging, with the labels in perfect condition. Otherwise, the consumer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation, as established in article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
The shipping costs for returns will be borne by the User unless there has been any error in the shipment by the Owner and the return will be made in exchange for another product of the User's liking. If there is none at that time, the economic value will be kept in a balance in favor of the User for an indefinite period, to be able to use it in any other purchase.
To make a return, the User must first contact us by writing an email to administracion@meditaroma.com, using the contact form or by calling the Customer Service number: 956 292 333 and the instructions and steps to follow will be sent to you.
- Availability
The Owner undertakes not to make available to Users an item that is not in stock, except in the case of a computer error or any other unforeseen situation. In the event that such an unfortunate incident were to occur, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with him/her.
9. Customer Service
The User will have access to a Customer Service department, for which they can use the contact form and receive a reply as soon as possible (or they can use the telephone number 956 292 333 during business hours).
- Dispute resolution platform
Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 aims at achieving a high level of consumer protection and the proper functioning of the internal market, in particular its digital dimension, by providing a European online dispute resolution platform facilitating the out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and online traders in an independent, impartial, transparent, effective and fair manner.
