Participation in this grant has allowed us to modernize the facilities of our new offices and physical store, taking our customer service and sales management capabilities to the next level.
Thanks to the funds we have been able to:
- Create digital signage solutions with a centralized server circuit and surround sound.
- Update the equipment available for administration, business management and online sales management tasks.
- Install and launch a direct sales point to serve physical store users.
- Install and commission a video surveillance camera system.
- Centralize communications and data from our two locations.
- Install and launch an interactive screen for conducting business and training meetings.
- Acquire recording equipment for the development of interactive content, advertising material and video tutorials for our social networks, online store, as well as commercial training.
- Provide the necessary training for the correct use of new equipment and ensure that it is used to its full potential.
